Delegation isn’t about assigning tasks when you’re overwhelmed. It’s a powerful tool you have for creating ownership, developing your team, and shifting your focus from outputs to outcomes.

This in-person workshop gives you an approach to delegation that builds accountability, grows your people, and frees you to do the work only you can do.


The Problem

Delegation sounds simple in theory. In practice, it’s where you might get stuck:

  • You know you should delegate more but “it’s quicker to do it myself” keeps winning
  • When you do delegate, you either micromanage the process or completely disconnect
  • Your team waits for you to make decisions, assign work, and review everything
  • You’re still thinking in terms of personal output rather than team outcome
  • You confuse being accountable with being responsible so you end up doing both

What happens is you become the bottleneck. Your team never develops real ownership, and you’re stuck doing work that takes up too much of your time so there’s no space left for the strategic stuff.
