You’ve been promoted, joined a new company, or your leadership responsibilities have grown. Now your calendar is filling up with new meetings, you have a new team, unfamiliar tech stacks and operations to learn. Everything feels kind of urgent and you’re not sure what to prioritise whilst everyone’s watching to see what you’ll do.


The first 90 days matter. It allows you to build trust, credibility and momentum (plus opportunities to get a few quick wins in there). This in-person, full-day workshop gives you the time to learn how to create your 30-60-90 plan and take it away to implement.

Andrew is a tech geek and tech leadership educator. With 20+ years in the tech industry, starting out as a developer, he’s passionate about bridging the gap between tech and people leadership. Previously he has led and grown engineering teams in start-ups and enterprises.
