We learn about you, your challenges, and what success looks like. It’s a conversation to explore what you need and how we can help.
2. Tailored mentoring programme
I build a mentoring programme around your specific goals and challenges. Sessions are typically fortnightly, 60 minutes, over video call. Between sessions you get exercises and challenges to put into practice.
3. (Optional) Ongoing support
Coaching check-ins and follow-ups between sessions to provide support and answer any questions.
